ADAM BROWN
Adam is an AFAA-CPT, NASM-CES, FMS, and Russian Kettle Bell Certified trainer. He is an outdoor enthusiast who has run ultra marathons, obstacle course races, and played multiple sports. His clients include law enforcement officers, student athletes, Iron Man Triathletes, and senior citizens. Adam specializes in injury prevention, functional movement, weights, kettle bells, and body weight exercise. He has helped many clients recover from knee, hip and shoulder replacement surgeries. He also can and has prepared such clients for such surgeries. Call to schedule with Adam today!

TOMMIE KORNEKE

Tommie has been an active member of the Ligonier Valley YMCA for over 25+ years and a member of our community for 37 years, lending her skills to various organizations in the area. Tommie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 8 years experience and has held certifications in the Silver Sneakers training program. She specializes in the 50 and older group. Her mantra is "Fit Over Fifty". She will concentrate on building her client's balance and strength endurance through a mixture of resistance exercises, cardio and yoga for better daily living. She has completed a course in group training in Total Body Resistance exercise (TRX) in Pittsburgh and is qualified to teach the movement based on suspension exercises. JEREMY ARBORE
​Jeremy is a graduate of Saint Francis University, obtaining a bachelor's degree in biology. He is a certified personal trainer through ISSA and a PADI Divemaster. His clients range in age from single digits to seniors and he works with them to improve everything from sports performance to an overall improvement in health and daily living. Jeremy also worked in a physical therapy clinic, learning to rehab various joint replacements surgeries and injuries. He specializes in weight loss, body weight exercise, weight lifting, body sculpting/bodybuilding, obstacle course preparation, and injury rehabilitation.  Jeremy strives to find the niche in fitness that each specific client needs and enjoys, ensuring a healthy lifestyle for the future. MARIE COLITTI
Marie is an ACE certified personal trainer and has been since 2019. She is also trained in many class formats, including kettlebell, strength, HIIT, aqua fitness, drums, barre, Pilates, power flow, and kickboxing. She is also a certified lifeguard. A little known fact about Marie, she is an Ironman (swim 2.4 miles, bike 112, then run 26.2 one right after the other) and she has also completed many half irons. She also has completed many challenge events, including Disney's Dopey challenge (48.6 miles over 4 days). You’ll find Marie all over the Y, either teaching classes or guarding one of the pools. an outdoor enthusiast who has run ultra marathons, obstacle course races, and played multiple sports. Her clients include senior citizens, persons with mobility issues (such as after stroke, before/after surgery, arthritis issues, etc). She has ACE certification in senior clients, nutrition and weight management and behavioral change. Marie specializes in positive reinforcement, injury prevention, weights (including free weights and kettlebells) and resistance training (with resistance bands). Anyone interested in using the TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) fitness tool, please contact Tommie by email  [email protected] or phone at 412-216-0759. 1 hour sessions are $40.00, which includes personal training with the TRX suspension straps (your body is used as resistance). ​2 to 4 sessions are available at a discounted rate of $35.00 per session.
