You will meet for an initial assessment (for FREE) to discuss your goals and determine your current level of fitness. Then the fun will begin! Your trainer will design a workout routine that suits YOU the best. No matter what your goals may be...cardiovascular ability, build muscle, improve flexibility, rehabilitate, weight loss, or injury prevention, our trainers will support you all the way!
TRX Training with Personal Trainer and TRX Instructor Tommie Korneke!
Anyone interested in using the TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) fitness tool, please contact Tommie by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at 412-216-0759. 1 hour sessions are $40.00, which includes personal training with the TRX suspension straps (your body is used as resistance). 2 to 4 sessions are available at a discounted rate of $35.00 per session.
