ATTENTION: We allow kids into the YMCA in grades 9-12 (14+). Anyone 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to be in the YMCA. The updated fitness center policy states, you must be at least 14+ and in 9th Grade to use the fitness center without supervision with completion of Fitness 101 Course. No child under the age of 12 should be in the fitness center at any time. Anyone under the age of 16 MUST complete a Fitness 101 course in order to utilize the fitness center equipment. Once completed, the child is allowed to work out on their own at the YMCA Fitness Center. ​
