Ligonier Valley YMCA

The Ligonier Valley YMCA requires that children under the age of ten (10) receive direct and constant supervision from either a parent, guardian, or a designated care-giver age fifteen (15) or above, while within the facility unless these children are enrolled in a paid program which provides an instructor.

The Ligonier Valley YMCA cannot assume responsibility for all of the supervisory needs of youngsters under the afe of ten (10). Therefore, all children under the afe of ten (10) require supervisory care during unstructured Y programming.

Parents or guardians who wish to designate an adult or teen to supervise their child(ren) must complete a New Caregiver Waiver Form/Medical Waiver Form.  A new form is to be brought into the Y front desk every time a designated caregiver will be used.
