Ages 3-5 Pike • Eel • Ray • Starfish

Introductory programs for children to learn fundamental

swim techniques which will aide in their progression

to becoming a natural swimmer.

(choose one) Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

5:15-5:45 PM during the week, Saturday 11:00-11:30 AM

PROGRESSIVE I SWIM LESSONS

 

Ages 6+ Polliwog • Guppy • Minnow

Instructors reinforce water safety and introduce

floating, paddling, rhythmic breathing, treading

water, basic jumping/diving, basic front/back

crawl, sidestroke, breaststroke, elementary

backstroke, and continuous 25 yard swim

(choose one) Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

4:30- 5:15 PM during the week, Saturday 9:30-10:15 AM

PROGRESSIVE II SWIM LESSONS

 

Fish • Flying Fish • Shark

For children with some swimming

experience; must demonstrate

Polliwog/Guppy/Minnow skills.

Instructors strive to refine previously

developed skills while encouraging

endurance, increased safety skills,

and the butterfly stroke.

WATER FITNESS

AQUA ZUMBA IS HERE!!

Join Janine on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM in the water

for an invigorating splashing, stretching, twisting

and energetic water workout.

exercises (for strength and flexibility) and

cardio endurance activity. Great for swimmers
