PROGRESSIVE I SWIM LESSONS
Ages 6+ Polliwog • Guppy • Minnow
Instructors reinforce water safety and introduce
floating, paddling, rhythmic breathing, treading
water, basic jumping/diving, basic front/back
crawl, sidestroke, breaststroke, elementary
backstroke, and continuous 25 yard swim

PROGRESSIVE II SWIM LESSONS

For children with some swimming
experience; must demonstrate
Polliwog/Guppy/Minnow skills.
Instructors strive to refine previously
developed skills while encouraging
endurance, increased safety skills,
and the butterfly stroke.
