Whether it is working out in our state of the art fitness center, partaking in a group fitness class like spinning or body pump, or challenging yourself to learn a new life lesson like flyfishing, rock climbing or more. We care about the health and well-being of our community and continue to invest in programs and projects that positively effect change in our community members.. At the Y, it’s not about the activity you choose as much as it is about the benefits of living healthier on the inside as well as the outside.
