Ligonier Team Places 1st!!
The Ligonier YMCA earned the largest team participation award at the Penn Trafford Area Recreation  Commission (PTARC) 7th Annual Bushy Run 5K Trail Run & Walk on Sunday, July 10th  at Bushy Run Battlefield, Jeannette. The 21 person team consisted of 12 runners and 9 walkers with 7 team members earning individual trophies, including: (front) Chuck Baith, first place runner in his age group; Nancy Baith, first place overall female walker; Lindsay Shaffer, second place overall female runner; Leah Marr; Lexie Petrof, third place runner in her age group; Kim Mohnkern; (second row) Lisa Herrholtz, Christine Omiatek, second place walker in her age group; Kathy Carns; Beth Palmer, third place runner in her age group; Kathy Giesey; Anne Petrof; Jason Rudy; (back) Don Valentine; Rick Hall; Jeff Palmer; and Ron Marr. Absent from the photo are Lori Butina, second place runner in her age group; Beth Currie; Melissa Maraisa; and Tom Burns.
